My main goals as a designer were to help increase brand awareness and help make a very complex industry easier to understand and trust in.
Decadent Desserts was a small bakery located in Mankato, Minnesota. They made a variety of desserts, including cupcakes, cake pops, cheesecake and wedding cakes.
The quality of decoration and flavor was high, but their existing branding didn't reflect that as well as it could. The goal of my rebranding project was to give them elegance and a more upscale look to match the quality of their offerings.

Maverick Virtual Family is a simulation app that I collaborated on at Buro507. The purpose of this app is for use in the Minnesota State University, Mankato nursing department for real-life simulations throughout students' education.
It is structured like an electronic health record, and will function as such. This project was a collaborative effort with other designers, developers and members of the nursing department.
My personal contributions to this project include designs of pages within the app, toolbar elements and all of the icons within the app.
(This app does NOT violate HIPAA, as all information within it is purely fictional.)
Over my design career, I've had the opportunity to make a lot of logos. This is a sampling of what I've created - both final and pitched creative.
